spotting at 4wks?

2 days ago i had brown streaks when i wiped, i thought for saure AF would show up later that night, nope, next morning nothing there i got my BFP yesterday and now today i just went to the bathroom and agin brown streak on TP, katie had mentioned late implantation spotting but i'm so freaked out and scared. I had my initial apt this morning and doctor said the test was light but he did betas so i'll know that number tomorrow and he gave me p4 to start tonight ...still i'm so scared!

I spotted for two and half days when I would have had AF. In fact, I would have never thought I was pregnant had I not tested earlier than af's expected arrival.  The line is there and that is what you need to focus on. Good luck Sweetie and keep the faith.

I am praying for great betas for you!!!!!!! I hope the spotting is nothing. I will mail out the progesterone to you tomorrow. I did get a refill so I have about 80, 100mg supp. for you!

This sounds exactly like me.  I spotted before BFP and then again at exactly 4 weeks (a few days after BFP).  Good luck!

My friend was given progesterone pills when she first found out she was pregnant.  She didn't take them everyday like she should (she is not as knowledgable about that stuff and her Dr never stressed the importance of it).  She started spotting at 9 weeks.  The Dr said to TAKE the pills and stay off her feet.  It worked, the spotting stopped and she has a three month old now.  GL and I hope your spotting stops!

I had brown spotting off and on between 4-7 weeks. I hope you get your betas first thing in the morning and that everything is okay.

Is it more like CM mixed with blood?  I had that on and off the first few weeks after my BFP.  My dr told me since it's brown, it's old blood coming out from your uterus expanding.  Please try not to worry until you get your results.  GL!

I spotted around 6 weeks but for me it was also brown.  I called the dr. and was told that if it was brown to not worry at all....it can be normal.  If it becomes bright red and contains clots, then I would for sure contact your dr.  Good luck and hang in there!!  Sticky baby dust to you!

It's hard not to be scared especially with all we've been through.  Being that you are so early on, is probably just leftover implantation spotting like Katie said.
