Family get together

Hi Ladies!  I was hoping maybe someone on here could give me a few ideas?  I was talking to my mom earlier today and told her that I'd like to get all the women in my family together at my house and do something fun.  When I was younger we used to always have family get togethers but over the years they have dwindeled down.

 I was hoping maybe some of you on here might do something like this with your family?  I'm looking for something other than the regular demonstration? Any ideas would be great! TIA!

My sister in laws and I do a shopping weekend or mini trip once or twice a year.  Maybe there is someplace nearby you could visit. Or maybe bake cookies and watch a chick flick?
