Had a dream I was

having quadruplets last night, but two didn't have a hb.  maybe it's in anticipation for my first appointment in an hour?!  or maybe it's a warning for what i'm about to find out since  i was a)on fertility meds and b)twins run in my side of the family.

 needless to say mr. clock is ticking and tocking awful sloooooooooow right now......
