s/o rude comments.. what my coworker said to a pg customer

So I work in a restaurant.. We have this really annoying 19 year old hostess on the weekends who is way too chatty and tries to make conversation with EVERYONE..

So she was seating a couple at one of my tables on Friday night, and the girl was probably close to 9 months pregnant.. She had a big belly, but honestly, she looked great.. So it was a booth.. and the pg girl didn't say anything at all and the hostess said to her.. "Don't worry, the table moves, so you can still fit.." 

As the hostess walked away and I was starting to walk toward them I heard the girl tell her husband what a *** the hostess was.. All I could do was giggle and act slightly embarrassed for her..

OMG! I would have asked to see a manager about that. Or made some snide comment to the hostess at least.
