I rented Baby Momma last weekend. It was pretty good -- better than I expected actually.

We watched Dan in Real Life a few weeks ago.  We both thought it was good, but is prob one of those love it or hate it movies.

We rented The Happening a few weekends ago and it was hilarious, which is bad because it was supposed to be scary.  We also rented Forgetting Sarah MArshall, which was really funny (and is supposed to be funny).
