I love Always Infinity! for heavy period sufferers

I just read the post below about people with super heavy flows and it reminded me about Always Infinity - or somethign like that. They are new- and a little more expensive than normal Always, but they are a godsend. They are as thin as panty liner - and totally absorb like an overnight diaper.

has anyone else tried them?

Re: I love Always Infinity! for heavy period sufferers

  • I haven't!  I kept forgetting that I had pads and kept buying more so now I have a crapload... and I don't have a long period.  lol so when I get low I"ll have to try them.

And I am almost 33 years old and *just* learned a new way to avoid leaking on the sheets - I have a fleece black blanket that I sleep on top of on those 2ish days that are really heavy!  Why didn't I think about that before???

  • yep...these are my "tampon back up"  I love them.  They dont' feel so "paddy"
  • My periods were horrible when I got my IUD out so I bought some, and then I got pregnant! So I have a brand new box of them unused in my bathroom that I will have to wait a few months to use I guess. But they are really thin, I was wondering if they were actually going to work.
  • Next time I go out I'll use them as a tampon backup for bedtime.  I use Always Overnights and they look and sound like a diaper and feel what I would assume is like a diaper.  Do you use them as a pad or as a backup pad?  I cannot imagine using a pad only for a super heavy flow.  *TMI* - I use a cup and for three days I'm emptying 1/2 oz every two hours.  I have a hard time seeing that on a pad.

Overnight though, to avoid accidents, I set the alarm to get up to change.  If I don't, pad or no pad, it's a war zone on the way from the bed to the bathroom.
