I was just wondering when does the weight loss stop or plateau from breast feeding?

I gained 20 lbs. while pregnant and when I stepped on the scale I was shocked that I've lost 30 lbs so far.. I gained a lot of weight during the year and a half when we were trying to conceive and I can't blame the clomid I took because the weight was already there.(I doubt I can get to the weight I was when I got published in SHAPE but maybe just a healthy weight
)
Also what workout DVD's do you recommend??

Well first of all - you should still be resting up, mama! Don't exercise until at least 4 weeks.. I know some ppl who PP bleeding had stopped, and they tried to exercise and the bleeding started up again.
For me, the immediate weight loss form the birth stopped at around 3 weeks or so. I had lost about 25 pounds initially... Too bad I gained 50+ pounds, the last 25 or so has been a lot more challenging for me.
Bfing.. it depends.. some ppl it helps them lose weight, some ppl it doesn't do much. But I do know then whenever I started to diet too hard, my supply would dip.. so be careful.. its so frustrating, but its important to take the weight loss slowly.
I don't have workout dvd recommendations, but I've found that a good run really helps - both physically and mentally.

Make sure your OB gives you the okay before doing anything more than walking. It can plateau and if you you are BFing keep an eye on your supply diet and exercise can cause a huge dip in supply (and the fat in milk that causes baby to gain weight.)

I love love love the Jillian Michaels, from the Biggest Loser, 30 Day Shred. Each workout is TOUGH and only about 20 minutes. I also love the Crunch Burn and Firm pilates. And the Rez!!
