Eclaires, great idea. I would word up an apology for him to email to you and just keep sending it until he gives in (or blocks you). But if we all did it that would be harder for him to avoid.
And "Sorry" and "Crappy way to do business" would definitely be in there :-)?

I'll happily email him exactly what I think about the lack of notification about the orders being canceled.
I'll email him and call him every day, LOL, until he tells me he's sorry and it's a crappy way to conduct business. I just think it's ridiculous.

Exactly! It's the fact that they didn't contact anyone that pisses me off. That is NOT how you do business and treat customers!!!
