Snapfish photo book question re: captions

I have only made one on Shutterfly and I was able to put the captions all over the pages in different formats.

 
The sample on Snapfish though has the caption on one side of the page and the photos on the other.  Anyone know if you can put captions on the actal pages under or around the photos themselves? 

 

Snapfish books are cheaper so I hope I can put the text anywhere.  But if not, Shutterfly it is again.  That site worked great.

I think you'll have to change the page layout to one that has captions under the picture - otherwise, not every page is set up that way.  I hope that made sense.
