Nanny's??

Does anyone here have a nanny? What do they commonly charge? I am debating if I should try to find a part time nanny so I can get work done (I work from home during the week)

    The range I have seen is from $10-$15/hr (for one infant).  The low end was for an undocumented foreign worker, training and education unknown; the high end was for someone trained in child development with a whole bunch of certifications.
