HUGE babyshower

We're having a co-ed baby shower - for so many reasons - and our guest list just exceeded 100 people!! Are there any places in NYC or Eastern Long Island that can hold that many people but aren't too formal (everything I've found is a wedding venue) 

Preferably somewhere we can bring our own food - a ton of our friends own restaurants and to avoid any ill feelings we're letting everyone bring their speciality - so we certainly dont need catering.

You could rent a lodge or vfw type of place. The ones at fire departments are usually more updated and modern.
