Okay so I just ended my 6th week today and this weekend the queasiness started. I'm not throwing up or feeling like I'm going to throw up but every smell bothers me and makes my stomach turn and then I don't want to eat my food. I'm worried bc I feel like I'm not eating enough food right now for the baby/babies. What does everyone do that helps you with this? I'm going food shopping today to get a bunch of fruits, fruit juices and whole wheat carbs. The cold stuff and drinks I think will help and that way I'm at least getting good nutrients in for what I am eating or drinking. I seem to be leaning towards safe and eating a lot if carbs. I assume this is what is considered morning sickness right?

Re: Queasiness Started
You've got it! I'm almost 14w and still feel it.
For some reason I've found that lemonade and Lemon Heads really help take the edge off.
Welcome to the m/s club! I agree with the other ladies - small meals throughout the day help, cold things help, sour things help, and just find the foods that work for you. What works for me sort of changes from week to week, so it's a constant adventure. My poor DH gets frustrated because he never knows what to plan for dinner since what "sounds good" and "sounds bad" is constantly changing!
I'd also add that you don't need to worry very much about eating too little food at this point. The baby/babies are tiny, as are their food needs this early on. So try not to stress too much about that, but do eat what food you can! I hope you feel better soon!
