Yaaay Nipple Cream!

Is it wrong to be this excited over ordering nipple cream?! Probably tells you I need to get out of the house more, huh?

Anyway, I just ordered my favorite post-partum item from when I was BFing DS-- Motherlove Nipple Cream (https://www.motherlove.com/product/1001-Nipple-Cream.html). I highly recommend it to any moms planning on BFing!  it goes on so smoothly, instantly soothes owie nipples, and I never had an issue with DS rejecting the boob due to a funny after-taste like the lashin-whattzit had.

Downside- it's kinda pricey for such a little container but Amazon has a deal if you order 3.

BTDT's, is there anything you would have been lost without after having your LOs?

  • I plan on using coconut oil, my own breastmilk, or Earth Mama Angel Baby nipple cream for chapped nipples. Silly, but I love ordering stuff even if its nipple cream!!

    ....wait....Lansinoh leaves a taste? FML.

LMAO- I swear I didn't try it off my own boob. I think you're 'supposed' to wipe it off first. ::imagines self trying to lick nipples:: Haha!

I have a friend that swears by all the Earth Mama Angel Baby products. :-) And I never thought to try coconut oil! I've got some on hand for cooking so I'll definitely try that if I'm ever in a pinch!

Edited to add: Just saw the coconut oil post below- Definitely gonna try it out for more baby-stuff now!

FTM, but I was really excited to get mine in the mail. ;)

I recently ordered the Earth Mama Angel Baby Nipple Butter. It has a nice cocoa-ish smell, and is very smooth... not sticky or tacky at all. Hopefully it works!
