Im drinking plenty of water, wearing my compression stockings, and putting my feet up as often as I can. Any advice to keep the swelling down? This heat is the worst! 6 weeks to go here
Mine have started to swell over the past week or so. My blood pressure was actually a little up at my appt yesterday too. The OB said to put my feet up as much as possible, take it easy on the activity and drink plenty of fluids. Some swelling is normal obviously. Take it easy. Only a few weeks to go!
I've noticed that watching y sodium intake helps. It isn't always obvious, but whenever I go out for dinner I feel more swollen the next day

Mochalattamama.. I feel the same.. My swelling has also spread to my thighs especially if I wear my compression socks while walking. Only thig that helps is laying on my side ALL day and night. I've given up on trying to tame this beast.
I've had swelling go down a lot after I get a reflexology massage. IDK if you have places by you, but here I can get a 1 hour rub for $20. It's heaven!
I also sleep with pillows at the bottom of the bed to keep my feet up and and ice pack wrapped in a pillow case.
The tech at my NST appt also recommended putting lemon in my water as it'll help flush out the system.
I know this sounds funny, but when I see them start to swell... I get my tight tube socks, wet them with cold water, put them on, and elevate immediately. Works for me most of the time...but you have to catch it early on.
Re: Swelling Feet/ankles
My feet are no longer feet, but instead, tiny planets.
