Side cramp pain

Off and on today I've felt a side cramp not entirely on my side but not entirely on my back. It comes and goes. I also feel lots of stretching on my sides. Is this normal around 27wks? I know I'll feel some growing pains but having gone into ptl at 24 wks I'm a little paranoid. In bed and not sure if it's worth a call to the on call doctor ...

Could it be the ligaments stretching because i get that all the time.  also when I sneeze ouch!!!!!!!
