Yes, she was born a week ago today. I never did a gender reveal, even though your video really inspired me to reconsider the idea. Instead we waited until the boys came to the hospital, so they'd be the first to know, and gave them pink balloons and I videoed that. DS1 was nearly as excited as your son to have a little sister. He wants to hold her constantly!

We named her Magdalena Elinor. I knew Eleanor was always on DH's list, I just didn't realize it was this spelling, which he said honored his Norwegian heritage. AND he just found out a couple of days ago that his grandmother had an older sister, who died at age 5, named Elinor. So it was kinda meant to be.

Not to sound super weird, but I got invited to a good friend's SIL's baby shower.  The MTB's name?  Magdalena.  I totally thought of you.
