OB/Perinatologist help

Hi Ladies,

I'm almost 8 weeks with twins. This is an IVF pregnancy and I have a few additional high-risk labels: I'm taking Lovenox and baby Aspirin for blood clotting issues, have an MTHFR gene mutation, and elevated NK cells which I do monthly Intralipid infusions for.  I am soon to be released by my RE and need to find an OB/Peri team who can handle me. I live in the Stuart area.  I want to deliver at a hospital with a level 3 NICU in case we need it.  I've been on Healthgrades and come across Dr. Koch and Dr. Guidetti in Palm Beach Gardens, both affiliated with Wellington Regional and St. Mary's in WPB.   Can anyone offer any help on this topic or had any experience with either of these docs or hospitals?
