Wow!! Loving the BFP's, congrats!! Not much to update for me; we're on vacation this week so spotty cell reception. Feeling pretty good, starting to get the urge to POAS though! Beta is not till Friday, since I'm put of town. Boo. QOTD: probably my wedding ceremony. It was such a whirlwind, it would be great to go through again!

Still having issue with siggy....now when I go to pull it up nothing shows up so I cant update it

I am now officially in the stimming phase:)  I just took my 4th injection of Gonal-F this evening. Not really feeling much from it, so I am interested to go in tomorrow morning to see how many follies are in the process.

QOTD: I would want to go back to relive part of my wedding reception.  We had our 6th wedding anniversary yesterday and DH and I were just talking about how much fun we had at our reception. I just wish it was longer:)

Soooo happy to see all the bfps and hugs to all those who need it!!! Well, I have 5 follies on the left none on right... Three mature...ER Wednesday. Phew! I was so upset about the few follies why the low number even though we doubled my meds but I know I only need one although the plan was to transfer 2 and its quality that matters. Keep me in your prayers please that this is it!!

I'm in the prep section. I've been taking estrace for awhile and was on ganirelix for 3 days. Now we're waiting for AF. Should have been here by now and I should be on stims already. Major emotional breakdown today - as in, I was on the phone with my RE sobbing (poor, patient man). I'm going in tomorrow for an ultrasound to see what the heck is going on. 

QOTD: I've got a terrible memory, so I need a whole bunch of these. But I suppose my wedding is the obvious answer!

KaraBear4409:My transfer is tomorrow at noon! Eeeeeek! We are transferring one embryo. Now if I can just make it through the day! I'm like a little child on Christmas Eve! Qotd: DH and I went to Costa Rica last year for vacation. We were driving around listening to Jason Mraz and holding hands. I remember thinking that I have never been happier than that exact moment. It was such a great feeling!

Well, looks like I jumped the gun a bit and will not be a Firefly after all. No sign of AF yet, CD36 and not even spotting. My FET schedule is hanging on the wall, mocking me I think, lol. It's at least 17 days to transfer from CD1, so I am definately pushed back to August now. I wouldn't have thought my hysteroscopy would have done this to my cycle, oh well. All I can do is wait it out!! Good Luck ladies!!!! I will still be rooting for you all :]

I'm sorry your body isn't cooperating for this month- hopefully its just getting extra ready for an awesome FET!

My ET is tomorrow at 11:45!!! Eeeek!!! So stinkin excited I cannot wait to get past today!! If any of you have read my other posts you know that we only have one embryo fertilize but on my day 3 report they found a 2nd one that was just a late fertilizer!! So we have TWO embies waiting on us tomorrow! I of course want both in but DH is scared and said he wants to hear the docs opinion but I know he will say both!! So as of next check in I will be in my 2WW!!!! Wow cannot believe it is here!! Good luck to all you fireflies that are around beta time!! Praying we get lots of bfp this month!!! And I am so very proud of you that aren't poas! I don't know how strong I will be about that! QoTD: I would definately relive the night we got engaged. I was in such shock that I feel my response was less that it should have been! I would jump and cry of I could re live it!

((Hugs)) to those that need them and congrats to the BFPs already!!  I had my monitoring done this morning after 4 nights of stims (375 of gonal-f the 1st 2 nights and 300 the last 2 nights mixed with 0.25mg of dexamethasone).  I'm waiting for my phone call with the results and whether to take the ganirelix.  When I asked the tech if there was anything, she said no.  I'm hoping this just means nothing measurable, I didn't have the heart to ask her elaborate. I looked back at my notes and on my last cycle, I had 3 follies between 8-9mm last time at this point and my E2 was 60.  FX!

QOTD: I think I would want another 30 minutes of my wedding just to be with my H during that time.

I just got 3 day report! Out of 10 fertilized 9 are rock stars. They range between 6-11 cell and are rated 5 embies at a 1(perfect) and 4 grade 2(second best) 

I have never ever had good embies like this, so it was a protocol issue the entire time. His sperm rocked it, there was like no frag etc.I know we are not out of woods, but I am for the first time hopeful that I may just get to be a mom, and at least in the game.wed will be a big day, I will get final report once they put them in.

Update - started spotting on Friday about 30 minutes after I got the first beta results.  FREAKED out and cried all weekend.  Spotting stopped on Sunday. 

Beta #2 - 1006 - YA HOoooooo.  I just need to breath a little and stay calm until the 1st u/s in 2 weeks.  Praying for a heartbeat!

QOTW - I would love to relive any of the times I spent with my Dad while he still was my Dad before the Alzheimer-like dementia took away his ability to have a real conversation.  He is still here, just not really, and I miss him so much.

QOTD: Tough question!!  Probably when DH and I kissed for the first time.  I'd love to feel that again!  (And it would help us figure out what really happened - we always disagree on it - he says after he kissed me, I went in for a second...=)

Thats a great use of the 30 minutes- H and I always disagree about when our first kiss was as well.

Hi Happy Fireflies! I hope that everyone is having a fantastic summer week - I am praying for all of you. I know that some of us need hugs, and others are getting those positive betas...I hope you're all finding peace in your journey no matter what. 

So here's what's happening: I'm on CD14 of my natural FET cycle. I had monitoring this morning. No news yet on my e2 or LH, but lining was up to a 7 from 6.5 yesterday, and my follicle is still growing SLOWLY at 15mm. Apparently I'm a late ovulator...who knew? Supposedly I have a couple more days here for my lining to get up to optimal, and for my follicle to get to the right size and e2 to the right level. My levels were 88 yesterday, so they can't be far from 100. I guess the magic numbers are 150 e2, 8mm thickness, and 18mm follie. Then we will trigger. 

I've been very worried that my lining's not going to get there. But, on the bright side, the RE keeps talking about "You'll probably be ready on Wednesday for trigger" or "We're probably looking at transfer next Tuesday or Wednesday" so...I'm holding on to those bits of information and thinking that means she thinks I'll get there. I googled a million stories about lining and tried to understand what triple stripe is. I'm just concerned and I want to be at that magic 8mm mark. I did ask here, "So am I at risk for cancellation at all?" She said..."Well, yes, there's always that risk. The magic numbers have to align...but I think you'll get there." 

QOTD: I would probably relive my wedding ceremony because it was so special. Another magical moment was this past February when we were in Thailand. It started POURING rain, and it was hot and humid and we were already soaked, so we ran holding hands (movie star style) into the Andaman Sea. The incoming rain had turned the sea this stunning emerald green color. We were with our very best friends, another couple, and we all just stripped down to the swimsuits and ran into the water with the rain pouring down around us. It was amazing!  

 

Slow and steady, I hope things continue to move along in the right direction.

Hi Girls!

I've been MIA for the past couple of days. My retrieval was on Friday and it was a total nightmare. I'm glad it was my second one or I would never do it again! My dr had a hard time getting to my left ovary because my bladder was in the way (where the majority are).  She put in a catheter and in the process of getting the eggs out or putting the catheter in (I'm still confused how this happened), I got nicked and wound up needing to get a stitch in my bladder.  Needless to say, Friday was horrible and I would up being in the hospital for 6 hours in recovery. Luckily, I was able to get the catheter out and go home. The pain was excruciating.

We did get a good fert report though! Of the 9 retrieved, 8 were fertilized.  

 QOTD: I would want to relive our first date! 

Yikes, I hope you're feeling better! Thats a great fert report!

We have decided to skip August and wait until September to try our FET again, so now I'm trying to lose weight before then. It feels like forever but honestly transfer will only be 10 weeks away so its not too bad.

Ok so I am way late to the check-in, I got home from work and just crashed out for a few hours. Stims started tonight and I think went pretty well. I go in Thursday for monitoring. I did have a crazy lady moment today when I realized I've been having EWCM before stims and that maybe my e2 was staying elevated, but I've calmed down.

QOTW: We had tons of family drama right before our wedding so I am torn about wanting to relive that. On the one hand, it would be nice to go back and relive the vows and tell myself to ignore everyone but H and relax. One of the happiest moments of my life though was H holding me while I floated in the water in Antigua- I just remember being unbelievably happy and I'd like to relive that.

Sorry I missed the check-in on Monday my hubby and I were traveling for a funeral.    Had our ER today, they pulled 17 eggs out so I am hoping alot of those are mature and get fertilized!!!

QOTD - I have made a few poor choices in my life and one stands out more than anything so I would have to say I would relive that in hopes that I could change that moment.
