NBR: ocean city, md

I tried posting this on the travel board on the nest but that board has been pretty dead since people decided to go to the other boards...anyway, we've decided to go to Ocean City, MD right after Labor Day and I'm curious if anyone knows what it will be like as far as things being open...most of the things I see only mention hours for Memorial through Labor Day. Any hotel/restaurant recommendations are also much appreciated! TIA!

If its the next weekend after Labor Day 68 you should be ok. I believe everything I open until that weekend. We really like the marina deck restaurant and dead Freddie's is good too. Also, DH and I may be heading down that way for our anniversary that weekend, maybe we will see you!

Some things may be closed, but most resort - beachy - towns are open a couple weeks before Memorial Day and stay open until the end of September, sometimes later. You should be fine if you are tending to early Sept. Have fun.

Yeah it's usually September 25thish. I only know this because my MIL got mad at us for scheduling our wedding during Sunfest.

 

I would think alot of places stay open because there's a fall bikefest and car show.

 Now I want to go to OCMD instead of working today..
