Organs moving?

I have had this sick feeling today and a little yesterday that when I lay down or on my side I kinda feel like things are moving around. Either that or it's the baby and I don't think it's the baby ha ha ha. Anyone else experiencing this? Organs and stuff movin around and a sickosh feeling from it?

As you progress through your pregnancy, your body definitely rearranges things to make room for baby.
