We have a green LL Bean one. Plenty of space, very sturdy (actually just washed it in prep for LO #2) and fine for either DH or I to carry. Even if it hadn't held up I'd have bought another, but after 2 years of use, is about as good quality as when we bought it.
I have a skip hop duo that has been working out really well.
Lots of pockets. I use flips and put the inserts and a cover in the front pocket and wipes in the other for easy access. Comes with built in stroller handles which I love.
I must be a minimalist when it comes to carting stuff around.
I just use a Planetwise wet/dry sport bag. Then again I only carry 2 covers and a few prefolds/inserts, wipes, a bottle and a spare onsie outfit for my quick trips around town.
When we went out of town last weekend, I put most of the diapers and ds's things in a different bag so that I didn't have to cart a lot into the restrooms.
We haven't gone on any all day trips to someplace such as the zoo, so I'm not sure how I'll pack for those days yet -- probably just use one of the school back packs from my older kids with a small wet bag tucked inside.

I love my Vera Bradley "Vera" tote - perfect size to hold an outfit, a few diapers/wipes/wetbag, a few little toys, my wallet/sunglasses, and other odds and ends (paci's, hand sanitizer, etc). It has lots of internal pockets to keep everything from turning into a jumbled mess in the bottom of the bag. It's originally $86 but I watched the website for a few weeks and bought mine when it went on sale... a little pricey, but it's pretty and I like to carry it haha
There's a color on the website right now that's $40 ("viva la vera")...
Re: Diaper bag recommendation
We've used this one since DS #1 was born and he's three now. Sorry if it's not clicky... I'm on a mac and can never make it work!
