I'm 11weeks today and i'm already sporting a bump. I feel like it's too early. It's not fat either! I don't jiggle when i walk. I'm average size. Does anyone else have a bump yet? Ppl are starting to comment on my belly.
I don't think it's very nice to specify you're not fat, implying you have to be fat to have a bump at 11 weeks. But how tall are you? I think that matters. I'm 5 foot 8 in and I don't show, my friend that is 5 ft 2 definitely shows.
YAY! Join the bump club, ha ha. Yes I was showing at 11 weeks, now at 15 WOW, there is no hiding it anymore. Normal pants actually hurt by the end of the day so I think I am going to go maternity 24-7. I am also small, a size 2 normally, and I agree it's not giggly it's a hard bump.

I think you misread. She didn't specify that she isn't fat, she was saying the bump itself isn't just fat.
Also, I'm 5'2 and I'm not showing. I have a long torso though. I didn't show with my daughter until after 20 weeks.

I think OP meant that the bigger belly is not due to overindulgence, not that you would have to be fat to show. I say this because someone asked me if my baby bump was actually showing at this point or if it was from the serious carb loading from m/s I was doing... Wow that sounds way more insensitive reading it back than it was meant at the time lol.
I do agree that height might play a role because I am 12w3d and since, obviously people are noticing, I thought it could be because I was 4'11" and fit to start. Yes some is bloat and the 6lbs I put on but there's something different about this belly!
I wasn't implying that i was fat, or that i had to be fat to be showing. I was simply stating my size. I am also tall 5"9". Which was why i posted the question in the first place. I'm not on here to offend anyone. I was just asking a question if anyone else was the same as me. Thanks for all the posts ladies.:
I am staring to see a bump and I am 11 weeks as well! A lot of my jeans are not fitting me as well anymore. At 8 weeks I had to go out and buy some maternity clothes just to feel more comfortable.
I'm showing a little bit! Friends and family have started to comment on the bump. I'm 13 weeks, but I'm only 4'11. Nowhere to go but out ; I bought a belly band and it has been a lifesaver!
It differs for everyone. I'm 5'8 and average weight pre-pregnany (size 6 or 8) and I show early with every pregnancy. I showed at 11 weeks with #1, 8 weeks with #2, 6 weeks with #3, and a few days before my BFP with this baby (no, really.) By 6 weeks, strangers were asking me when I was due.
Some people show early, while others don't show until 20 weeks or later. It really just depends!

I am 11weeks currently and I definitely have a bump. I have always been a bit jiggly in the middle not a lot as I am an athlete... But yes I for sure have a bump showing and its hard. I am 5 3" short torso.

I understood what you were saying. I don't think you should apologize because "one" person misunderstood your post... just saying. congrats on your pregnancy and keep sharing.
I'm the same height and have definitely noticed a change as of late; I will be 14 weeks on Saturday. People kept telling me because I was tall I wouldn't show till later, but I think it has to do with body shape too (I have a long thin torso). I've never carried middle body weight (its all in the booty) so I feel like this belly is very noticeable to me and to close friends and family.
I'm a small framed woman, so I look 4 months pregnant already and I'm only 10 weeks! I'm on my third pregnancy, second one was a loss, so I think my body is just being a keener and getting a move on already. My uterus is quite high for being so early still too.
I think I have a small bump already. I haven't gained any weight, but some of my jeans don't fit. But I'm not sure if people would notice if they weren't looking for it.
With my first I saw huge by 11 weeks and it was so hard to hide, I am 11 weeks now with my second and not showing at all! Even wore a bikini with some friends yesterday who didn't suspect a thing. I'm surprised since they say you show more with the second, but not for me!
