I'll be the PITA who says C - work full time for 2 - 3 years so that I could afford the house AND a substantial nest egg. One, so that you could keep the option of going part time if you wanted to down the road, and two, because house ownership is way expensive.
I guess it depends on what my current living situation was. nbsp;If I was somewhat happy with where I lived, I'd do PT, and get that house in 23 years.If I was living in a dangerous area or something where I didn't feel safe anymore or something, then I'd think I'd move quicker.nbsp;
This, or if you want more kids and your current spot is too small, do the quicker option.

Well, this is tricky. Do you like working? I'll work full it e for the rest of my career, but just because I like it
i know, I'm being a pain in the azz. Is this just a temporary thing so you can get moving on a new house? Then I'd bite the bullet and work full time - if it was me and the end goal was getting into a house.
Re: Would you rather...
I think it would depend on the lifestyle I could choose after we buy the house.
Probably no matter what though if both options worked the same for our lifestyle I would choose the part time and two to three years.
