First haircut help

I need recomendations from moms in the know.  I live in Delco and my daughter will be 2 soon.  Her hair is getting stringy and is growing a little "off" so it's time for her first haircut.  I went to Kids Kuts in Marple crossroads and won't go back.  The lady that cut my son's hair was very rough with him and didn't seem to have much patience (not exactly what you look for in a kids hair salon).  So I need recommendations for some place that is good with kids and doesn't charge an arm and a leg to straighten out her hair.  Any ideas?
