The breaded ones you get in the frozen food section. How many do you think are safe to eat? I have no clue what the mercury content is in those things. That's what's for dinner and I'm starving!

They're probably fine, it would just depend on the type of fish it..

It's Van de Kamps, so I'm sure an assortment of fish, lol. I'll look at the box and see if I can find what's in them.
ETA: It's Alaskan pollock, which is the lowest mercury level. Forget I even asked anything!

All of them! That was my craving with DD and I had it 3 times a week, easily. No wonder her favorite food is fish now.
