So I didn't want to say anything until it was all said and done but I SOLD OUR HOUSE!!!!
We closed today after about 2.5 months of being under contract because their bank was being stupid but whatever.
This is a minor miracle because we are selling in PCS season and this year a particular amount of orders dropped so there are houses for sale everywhere. For example in the 4 streets around us there were 20+ houses for sale either brand new, being built so still fully customizable, or no more than 3 years old.
So I sold this house, by myself, no realtors, and managed to negotiate that we get to rent the house back from the new owners until we leave for England.
And now I really really want a nap because I really thought that stress was going to kill me.

Oh and I made us $300 over what we owed on the house! And the rent we had to pay for the month was less than our mortgage payment was and our bank didn't take the mortgage payment for July out so we save $200 on that this month!!
Our rent is like $50 more than our mortgage and insurance was for the rest of the full months we are in the house but soooooo worth it!
And this gif just made my life.
I'm gonna go buy some yarn and baby clothes.

I went and bought some yarn today as a reward. lol $12 worth of clearance yarn, so when I finish all the other things I'm working on I can make a new blanket!
