Hip pain

So because us pregnant women cannot sleep on our stomachs obviously or backs, my hips have begun to hurt while sleeping I find myself turning over quite often. I have a body pillow on one side that I hug and either a king size pillow or my husband on the other side. Wonder if there's anything else I can do besides a pillow between my legs.

Re: Hip pain

  • I still sleep on my back and my stomach, but just modified. For sleeping on my back I stick a big fluffy pillow under one hip so the baby is off to the other side. For sleeping on my stomach I sleep with one leg out at a 90 degree angle and put the same big fluffy pillow under my knee, which takes the majority of the pressure off my stomach. If the little dude is uncomfortable, he definitely lets me know.

  • I'm struggling with hip pain too. I did break down and bought a snoogle pillow. That is helping some. It's def not as bad as it was.
