Has anyone had middle back pain?

I know I haven't pulled a muscle or anything like that. I don't think I slept wrong. Just wondering if this is something anyone else has had...possibly due to a growing uterus maybe?  I've looked it up and it is common in pregnancy...I'm just puzzled because it seems too soon...I'm only 11 weeks.  Anyone know what I'm talking about?

    I am only almost 10 weeks and having back pain lower and mid. I thought it was too early also!
    Me (37) DH (39); PCOS changed to Unexplained, changed to DOR in 2012 (finally a correct diagnosis!); 
    Started TTC 2009 with RE after 6 months.  
    Clomid + Trigger x2; 
    IUI + Femara x1,
    IUI + Follistim x2;
    IVF #1 (MDL) February 2013- BFN.
    IVF #2 (antagonist) May 2013, First BFP of my life. 
    Identical twin miracle BOYS (!!) headed our way- due date is technically 2/4/14 but c section is scheduled for 1/7!

    I had the exact same thing. I am on baby 2 and I'm 12 weeks today and when I was around your time my back killed me! I just popped a Tylenol every now and then and slept with a pillow between my knees and that helped.
