Two posts in one: 1. My kid is a weirdo 2. And he's a manipulator!

1.  We hardly ever eat fast food.  Well, this morning for work I bought some guys some McDonalds and had an empty bag sitting on the counter.  DS looks at it and gets all excited and screams, "Yeah!  Hamburger!".  The kid has had fries, but never a hamburger from McD's.  How does he know what the bag looks like & even what a hamburger is?  I'm going to have to talk to MH....

2.  He threw a fit after finding out there was no hamburger in the bag.  He then takes me over to the fridge and has me open the freezer.  He stares at the ice cream container, giggles and looks at me.  I shake my head no.  He looks at me some more with sad puppy dog eyes, then hugs my legs and says, "I love you Momma" all while looking at the ice cream.  He never says "I love you".  It melted me.  Yes, he's eating ice cream right now.

That's funny!  It reminded me of one day when I was at Target and this lady comes up to me and DS and tells him, "I know you."  I'm looking at her like she's crazy because I don't know her so I'm pretty sure she can't know DS.  So I ask her how she knows DS.  And then she tells me that she works at Carl's Jr. and she sees him in there.  DS hasn't had fast food a day in his life and I haven't set foot in a Carl's Jr. in years, so either this lady has totally lost it or my DH is making an extra stop when out running "errands" with DS.

LOL!  Your DS & my DD should hang out.  We drove somewhere, went past Chuck E Cheese... she flipped out "it's chuckecheese mommy" just screaming about it.

We had never been there, never talked about it, and we don't have cable which means we get no channels so she didn't see it on tv.  WTF?

 She's also been pretending she's mommy & I'm Sam.  She tried to convince me she was driving us to the playground the other day.  suuure.
