A bit of stomach pain

I'm 34 weeks and today I've had a bit of stomach pain in the middle above my belly button.  It also feels pretty tight/ hard there and is tender when I press on it.  Any idea what it could be?  Is this something to be concerned about?  I've had RLP on the lower sides, but this is the first time I've felt any pain in the middle.  It's also not as intense as RLP.  I think my baby is head down and that her butt is to the right of that (my right).  I'm still feeling her move in other parts of my belly.  Thanks!

    I think belly tenderness is pretty normal at this stage :/

    BFP 12/02/12, u/s @ 6w,5d showed 2 HBs! Identical twins!!
    Bed rest from 21w-35w due to short cervix, hospital bed rest from 23w-32w due to PTL
    Our rainbows were born 07/19/13 (36w, 5d)
