I love the Taco Bar idea for LO's birthday party! Are you doing soft/hard tacos? Any brilliant ideas to make it work smoothly?

    Well I'm not sure I would have thought to make the meat all before hand.  I will probably do the chicken but skip the beef (I have yet to master freezing ground beef without it having a weird taste).

    I'd like to keep the food inside on the counter but inadvertently I know people would just see that as an invite to sit around inside.
