Not Alexis. I like both other options.
If you name her Alexa, are you ok with the nn Alex? Cuz it will probably happen.
Vanessa isn't as popular which could be a good thing.

Vanessa. I'm not a fan of any of the Alex-names, personally. Vanessa is highly underused IMO
