Baby Eczema

Baileys had a few rough patches on her belly but I usually just throw some extra lotion on her and they go away. But she's had what looks like a rash right under her eye for a few weeks now. It starts to go away and then comes back worse. She's been rubbing it a lot over the past few days so I called the doctor this morning and they said to bring her on over. My sister took her. Poor little munchkin has eczema right under her left eye. That can't be comfortable. Hopefully the antibiotic cream helps soon! Egh!

They gave an antibiotic cream for eczema?

I was in shock they gave her an antibiotic cream. I didn't know that antibiotics helped it!

I'm glad to hear that the cream will help it go away faster and ill be sure to keep an eye on it. They said that the cream they prescribed her won't burn if it gets into her eyes, which is good.

if it is a steroid cream, apply liberally.  I've been told it can cause skin discoloration and you don't want that on her face!
