I am sorry you are having a tough time. I would recommend speaking to your doctor about this. Pregnancy can bring on a roller coaster of emotions  at times. In situations like yours, it might be beneficial talking through your feelings/emotions with someone who can be of professional assistance. They can provide you with tools to help you better manage your anger issues and help you to deal with issue if you have concerns/fears regarding pregnancy, childbirth, and bringing baby home. Good luck!

  • I'm sorry. I haven't really experienced mood swings too badly. I get irritable when I'm overly tired, but that's not really hormone related.... I'm always like that. I hope it's a symptom that goes away soon. Being angry puts a lot of stress on your body.

  • Talk to your doc. Sounds like you need some good workout routine if you don't have one already.
  • I third taking to your doctor since moored swings during pregnancy can also translate into mood swings postpartum. Your doc needs to know about this.

I started taking walks to regain composure although my mood swings haven't been bad.

  • I definitely feel the same emotions! I have a 3 year old and it breaks my heart because I fly off the handle so easily. I have to keep stopping and taking deep breaths....sigh
