Is anyone planning on doing favors for the adults at your party? Or just the kids? I was thinking cake pops or cookies for the adults, if I do them.

    I'm not, and I really don't think adults expect favors at kids' birthday parties, but if you're going to do them, I think cake pops and cookies are both good choices!

    I did favors for everyone at the 1st birthday since most of our guests were adults. The 2nd birthday was more of a kid party, so I only did favors for the children.

    ETA: Similar to your idea, when we did favors for the adults we did a dessert buffet and had bags so everyone could take treats home.

    No, but I always have a sweets bar or a candy dispenser and bags available for whoever wants to take some home

    The only time I've ever done favors for everybody was her first birthday.

    I only do favors for the kids.  And when I go to a kid's party, I don't expect a favor for myself.
