What to give 2yo boy for xmas?

Any ideas for great Christmas gifts for a 2 year old boy. He just had his birthday Nov. 8 so he gets many things right before Christmas leaving us a little bewildered with what to get him for Christmas. We do contribute to his college fund but we want him to have something in the spirit and joy of Christmas too. Any great ideas? What did you do you for your 2 yo?

Trucks?  Trains?  Tractors?  Mines into anything with wheels.  Magnadoodle?  Crayons and arts stuff.

Crafts, books, my DS is into planes and helicopters, GEO Tracks, little figures (like superman, batman, etc. he loves playing with them), tub toys...I am trying to think of everything else because every time I turn around my DH is buying something else for him.

We have a 1 1/2 year old and 3 1/2 year old, they will have mostly joint gifts as they both play with each others toys all the time.  We are getting a train table and thomas stuff, elmo live, clipos, art supplies, easel, animal figurines, books...some things my little guy like to play with that we already own are mister potato heads, cars, trucks, books, big legos...

DS will be 2 in January and he is really into books, stickers, puzzles, coloring, Play-Doh, anything with the Little People, anything Cars, cars, trains, and planes.
