How did you do on last weeks challenge to one minute of plank each day?
Um, I did it the first day. Ended up having a rough week of traveling and hospitals and all sorts of drama.
This weeks challenge is to do 20 tricep dips twice a day.
I pass on this challenge. Having wrist surgery Friday. So I intentionally chose something I hate for you all to enjoy while I'm on the DL. Mwah ha ha!
GTKY: What is your favorite cheat food?
Ooh, tough call. Usually I would say pizza, but LO and I are dairy free. So lately it's been dark chocolate or dairy free cookies and brownies.

Current weight: 145!! 15 lbs to go!! I gained 60 while pregnant, so this is exciting!
Goal weight: 130
Week's progress: another 2 lbs down! And I got 2 components at work about how good I look, and one was from another mommy, so I was pretty pleased with that, lol, especially since I'm not feeling that way yet!

Um, this is evil, espcially for someone who cant participate, lol. That many tricep dips may kill me. Or my arms, at least.

Um...I'm sick, and nothing sounds good, so this is a harder question than it should be. I'm gonna have to go with either pizza or ice cream....
Goal weight: 138
Week's progress: no weight loss. I did my 3 days at the gym this week already before we left for vacation. I'm slowly starting to increase the amount of weight I can lift again. I'd love to be back to prepg numbers by the end of the month. I think I need to do more cardio and clean up my eating to see some results.
