XP Vacation: What do I need?

My parents are taking us for a week long vacation to Avalon, NJ in two months (the week of Sept 7th).

Its only a 4 hour drive from my house. I already know I have to make a stop 2 hours into the drive per my OBs orders. 

The average temp is 75. I doubt we'll be going in the actual ocean (depending on temp we might), the house has a heated pool, but we will play on the beach and maybe stick our feet in. 

What do I need to bring? Or what should I remember to do?

I'm not terribly worried about the trips to and from... more the week there.

I'm starting a count of everything we need rather than having to get a ton of stuff last minute and forgetting.

I saw on pinterest that someone took a baby bath tub to the beach so that LO can play in there with water rather than worry about the ocean. Or a small inflatable pool would work to (might be more of a pain to fill up though).
