I slept!!! Here's how...

So I googled yesterday RLS and sleeplessness. This is what I did: I took a magnesium supplement checked with my doc first, extra strength Tylenol, drank Gatorade. Then I took a 20 minute Epsom lavender bath and stretched. I still had to get up to pee but I finally slept for more than 23 hours! Thought I would post in case it helps someone else.
