Severe period like cramps

So I know period like cramps can be normal. But I am having really severe ones like I do before I usually start and I keep feeling like a wet sensation down there. There is no spotting jus regular discharge. I'm on my 3rd glass of water and laying down but they are not getting better. I now have a really bad headache. Seriously considering callin my nurse. What do y'all think?

how much did you drink today?  i get bad cramps / headache if i don't drink enough.  

any lower back cramping? or anything timeable?  hard to tell which way to go. i would maybe drink 500000000 more ounces and see if it helps first?

I'd call to be on the safe side.What's the worst thing that can happen if nothing's wrong? Bring you in and give you an iv?

I would call hopefully you are just dehydrated.

Thanks, I've been alternating Gatorade and water all day. The cramps are in my lower back but don't feel like contractions. They are pretty constant, my dr office is an hour away, but I'm going to call. Will update. Thanks again.

For sure call! With my last labor my contractions were just period cramps!
