Aggravated! nbr

I went to the eye doctor almost a month ago. I ordered new glasses and was told they'd be ready in two weeks. Still not ready. 

I called on Saturday; they said the lab was closed, but there wasn't an update on the status, so they would call the lab today and figure out what the issue is. No word from them, so I called after I left work. She emailed the lab and was waiting for a response from them but promised to call me in an hour with an update.

After over two hours, I called again and got a different person. She told me the lab is now closed, so they won't be able to call them for an update. Seriously? So I told her that I've been calling since Saturday and that's unacceptable that they still wouldn't have just made a call to the lab.

Somehow, she managed to figure out that the order was lost at the lab and they would need to resubmit the order. She's giving me the warranty on my glasses for compensation and if my glasses take longer than two weeks, they'll figure out another way to compensate me as well.

This is my first time going to this eye doctor and I think it'll be my last. So frustrated!
