What you have to look forward to...

I just hate that saying!

We're living with a couple right now while our home is being built.  They have two toddlers who are pretty much out-of-control nightmare children.  And every time one has a meltdown or does something obscene they look at DH or me and say, "see what you have to look forward to?"  Maybe it's true, and maybe I've got a little FTM syndrome, but at least give me a chance to attempt to parent my child differently before you go assigning me my fate!

STM here. Listen I totally know what you mean! But toddler stage is hard and everyone to a certain degree will quote all have that to look forword to it to some degree. Just try to ignore it, I had to hear it from my sister who has two terrors and it would really annoy me to but yes we will all have a child that is out of control sometimes but they all have their own little personalities!
