Stomach Pain....ouch

I am 23 weeks tomorrow. All this morning I have been having a pain in the lower right stomach area. It's not a constant pain, but every 5 minutes or so it starts and lasts for a couple of minutes. Does this sound familiar to any of you. Should I just continue to rest or call the doctor?
