Soap Berries for CDs??

Has anyone used soap berries with their diapers? How did it go? I just bought a sample pack of the things and they seem to be working well on our clothes. Was just wondering if they are OK for CDs or not.

It worked for a few weeks for me, and then the diapers weren't clean. I think it does depend on water type.
