Help me out reflux mamas!

I'm not on here much anymore because we're starting the moving process and life has been chaotic!  But I need some advice - DS was diagnosed with pretty bad silent reflux at 3 months and put on prilosec.  It helped immensely!  We decided to wean him off of it about 7 weeks ago and he's been great.  No signs of reflux. Last Thursday he started spitting up after every meal, but didn't seem bothered by it.  Then last night he refused the bottle by screaming and thrashing around.  A few hours prior he took a bottle and did great like normal.  He has refused every bottle since.  I have kept him hydrated with water and a few sips of juice in a sippy, but he screams when he sees the bottle.  He already has 6 teeth and the other 2 don't seem to be the issue.  So have any of you that have LOs with reflux seen it come back after being gone for so long?  I am calling the pedi in the morning, but wanted to see what you all had to say.

Will he do bm or formula out of the sippy? Maybe the nipple is too slow or fast?

He's never been too fond of his formula.  I did try formula in the sippy this morning, but he just shivered when he realized what it was.  Maybe he needs a formula switch.  He likes a fast flow so we've been doing that for a long time.  Nothing has changed other than the large amounts of spit up so I'm wondering if it's burning his throat again which make him hate the formula more!
