Every single time I order from Pizza Hut they mess up it up. If its not wrong, they make me wait even though I order it in advanced, or they ignore me completely after they tell me it's not ready!

DH called and said he wanted pizza. I tell him I'm going to order from Me Ed's and he's like but I like Pizza Hut better. I went against my gut and ordered it anyway. And now I'm stuck waiting here for them to make the right one!

How hard is it to make a sausage and mushroom pizza?

This happened to me a few times with them as well! I ordered in advance and then I went to pick it up...they said it wasn't ready quite yet.
30 mins later I was still waiting.
I was a server for 7 years...I know when you never made the food in first place!
When I called them out on it they denied it.

I've called/complained about the service to Corp and I always tell them that this was the last time I would go there and they send me coupons/gift cards. I don't want to keep doing that though.

I would rather Me & Ed's, but like I said DH loves Pizza Hut. I think that he never really believed me about how bad their service was since he never has a problem when he orders and picks up!

When I called him tonight to tell him, I said really loud in front of the employee that I will be ordering from Me & Ed's from now on! (He was oh so nice to take off $2 from the price for the inconvenience)

I am so done with PH!
