CNY fertility center

Has anyone used CNY Fertility Centers in NY.  I am about to do an IVF cycle with them and want to hear what people have to say.  I am going to the Albany facility.

I go there I do my monitoring at the Rochester location and love it.  (Any procedures aside from IUI are done at Syracuse b/c Rochester doesn't have an OR) 

They have great self pay rates which I am thankful for since we don't have ART/ IF coverage, but they will run everything through your insurance just to be sure- their Insurance specialists are very helpful and will find out if you have any coverage/how to get certain things like testing etc covered if they can. (Tracey Quinn is the general specialist and she is great, but there are also specialists depending on what your insurance is- all located on the website)

The Patient Portal is a great feature on their website where you can see all your lab work the same day, the nurses are very kind and understanding and get to know you, and there are lots of support opportunities.  (They even post videos of support sessions, injections lessons and other things on their youtube channel.)

I have just started working with cny. I've only had 2 visits so far, for fertility testing, but everyone there is so friendly, positive, and helpful!  I wish you the best of luck with your IVF cycle.  We just found out today that my husband has low morphology (3%), so will be going tomorrow for a second analysis to make sure it was right.  We'll see what happens from there... let us know how your IVF cycle goes!
