Bloating

I am bloated and feel more pregnant than I actually am. Any advice on getting it to go down?

Drink a lot of water and take a long walk.

I was able to help avoid some bloating if I moved around after eating. I took a 15 min walk after lunch every day and it really helped.  I always noticed I felt worse if I went straight from eating to sitting for several hours at my desk.

  • This has been a big issue for me and what seems to be working is probiotics. I've been drinking "Good Belly" probiotic drink (blueberry is my fave) and it helps me feel less bloated and be less backed up.
  • Probiotics is a good idea!
