My skin is crawling!!

All day today I have been feeling like I have little bugs crawling all over my skin, I'm going to go insane! It's not itchy or anything it's just annoying. I'm terrified to even try dr. Google so someone please tell me this is a normal pregnancy symptom because I have never felt this before! Ahhhh!
