I bought an espresso crib and I want to possibly refinish a dresser to use as a changing table. Any ideas on what would match an espresso colored crib? I'm having a girl and the walls are grey. The bedding is grey, pink, green, and white. I don't want to stain the dressor I would rather paint it but I'm not sure what color! Nothing is looking right in my head :

Since espresso is so dark, maybe you could pick an actual color and make it fun. I dont know if your having a boy or girl...pink or blue would be cute with it and make it unique.

I would do a white or grey dresser with pink drawers or pink and green drawers. Or a pink dresser with white and grey drawers. And cute handles.

In my honest opinion, an espresso colored dresser would look the best. but you also could do grey, with pink and green on the drawers. maybe every other on have pink background and green handles and then green with pink handles? a pattern? polka dots? make it match the bedding?

okay so you have your espresso wood, gray walls, and bedding is gray pink green white.

you can either go simple and paint it white, or you can choose a darker shade of either pink/green/gray and paint it that colour. 

OR you can choose a complementary colour (my choice) and go with a fresh yellow, orange,  or teal blue.

That would rock.

Agreed. Maybe a walnut stain would come closest, as I'm not sure they even sell "espresso" stain.

My crib is actually expresso and white. I'm doing a white crib.

I would just do a white or gray dresser. There are tons of great nursery ideas on Pinterest, you should check there!

They sell espresso stain, but I'd just paint it white or grey or another color. 

I am reusing DD's crib and its espresso and I have a dresser I'm refinishing in a very light, light grey.
